This Refund Policy applies to all flight ticket bookings made through Flyontkt (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Refunds are processed only if the airline allows a refund under its fare rules.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Airline policy
- Fare type (Refundable / Partially Refundable / Non-Refundable)
- Time of cancellation before departure
Flyontkt acts as a booking intermediary and does not guarantee refunds unless approved by the airline.

Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds.
In some cases, airlines may offer:
- Travel credit
- Date or time change with penalty

If a passenger does not cancel the ticket before the scheduled departure time, it will be treated as a No-Show.
No-Show bookings are usually not eligible for any refund.
