Post-Ticket Service Policy

The following post-ticket services are provided by Flyontkt after a flight ticket has been issued. All services are subject to airline rules and availability.

Flight Change or Reissue

• A service fee starting from $50 per ticket applies for voluntary changes to:

  • Travel date

  • Flight time

  • Routing

• This fee is in addition to:

  • Airline-imposed change penalties

  • Fare difference, if any

• Approval depends entirely on airline fare rules.

Ticket Cancellation

• If you request a flight cancellation, a $50 per ticket processing fee will be charged by Flyontkt.

• Airline cancellation charges may apply separately.

• Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules and ticket type.

Name Correction

• Minor name corrections (where permitted by the airline) are subject to a $30 service fee per ticket.

• Not all tickets are eligible for name correction.

• Major name changes are generally not allowed.

• All corrections must comply with airline regulations.

Refund Assistance

• For refundable tickets, Flyontkt assists with:

  • Refund submission

  • Status tracking

• A non-refundable $25 administration fee per ticket applies for refund assistance.

• Refund processing time varies based on airline and payment provider policies.

Special Service Requests (SSR)

We assist with requests such as:

• Meal preferences

• Wheelchair or mobility assistance

• Other airline-supported special services

• Most SSRs are free, subject to airline approval.

• If additional coordination is required, a service fee starting from $10 per request may apply.

• Airline fees, if any, are charged separately.

Baggage Add-On or Assistance

• Assistance with:

  • Purchasing additional baggage

  • Understanding baggage allowance

• A $15 support fee per request applies.

• Airline baggage charges are separate and non-refundable.

Seat Selection Assistance

• Basic seat assignment assistance is complimentary.

• For premium or paid seat selection:

  • Flyontkt will guide you through the process

  • Airline seat selection charges apply

No-Show Penalty Guidance

• If you miss your flight, Flyontkt offers a one-time consultation for $20 per passenger.

• This includes:

  • Checking rebooking eligibility

  • Explaining applicable fare rules

• Rebooking or refunds are subject to airline approval.

Important Terms & Conditions

• All service fees listed are charged by Flyontkt and are separate from airline charges.

• Fees are per ticket, per passenger, unless stated otherwise.

• Flyontkt service fees are non-refundable once the service is initiated or completed.

• Airline fare rules vary by carrier, route, and ticket class.

• Some tickets may be non-changeable or non-refundable.

• Flyontkt is not responsible for airline-caused refund delays.

• All post-ticket requests must be submitted:

  • During business hours

  • At least 24 hours before departure, unless airline rules state otherwise
