Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all flight ticket bookings made through Flyontkt (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Cancellation Request Process

• All flight cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled departure time.

• Cancellation requests can be submitted via:

• A cancellation request is considered valid only after written confirmation from Flyontkt.

2. Airline Cancellation Rules

• All flight ticket cancellations are subject to the respective airline’s fare rules and policies.

• Refund eligibility and cancellation charges depend on:

  • Airline rules

  • Fare type (Refundable / Partially Refundable / Non-Refundable)

  • Time remaining before departure

• Flyontkt acts only as a booking intermediary and does not control airline penalties.

3. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may include:

• Airline-imposed cancellation fee

• Fare difference or penalty (if applicable)

• Flyontkt service fee, which is non-refundable

Even if the airline allows a refund, Flyontkt’s service fee will not be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets

• Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds after cancellation.

• In some cases, airlines may offer:

  • Date or time changes with penalty

  • Travel credit or voucher (as per airline policy)

Flyontkt does not guarantee refunds for non-refundable fares.

5. Partial Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Partial cancellation of round-trip or multi-city tickets may result in:

  • Higher cancellation fees

  • Repricing of the remaining journey

• No-Show Policy:
  If a passenger fails to cancel the ticket before departure:

  • 100% of the ticket amount may be forfeited

  • No refund will be provided

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 7–14 working days for domestic flights

  • 14–21 working days for international flights

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

7. Airline-Initiated Changes & Force Majeure

In cases such as:

• Airline flight cancellation or schedule change

• Weather disruptions

• Government restrictions or emergencies

Refunds, rebooking, or credits will be handled strictly as per airline policy.

8. Policy Updates

• Flyontkt reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.

• The policy applicable at the time of booking will be considered final and binding.
