Our Service Fees

Effective From: January 2026

At FlyOnTKT, we are committed to clear and transparent pricing. In addition to airline fares, hotel rates, cruise fares, and other supplier charges, we may apply service and transaction fees for booking assistance and customer support.

All applicable fees are clearly disclosed before payment and are included in the final price shown at checkout or quoted by our travel representatives.

How Service Fees Are Applied

Service fees are charged per passenger, per ticket
For hotels and rentals, fees apply per night or per rental period, where applicable
Fees may vary based on itinerary complexity, service type, and booking method
Supplier charges and government taxes are applied separately

FlyOnTKT Service Fees (Booking & Support)

These fees cover booking assistance, itinerary review, payment processing, and customer support services.

Contact Center & Assisted Bookings	Complex or multi-stop itineraries	$10 – $200 (up to $100 for seniors)

🔄 Refunds, Currency & Pricing Assurance

Service fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
Airline, hotel, cruise, or supplier refund policies apply independently
All charges are converted to your local currency at checkout if applicable
The final amount charged will never exceed the total displayed or quoted
